You didn't fail. The math wasn't yours.

Standard trackers work your calorie burn out from height, weight, age and sex, then never check it again. xform.fit compares what you logged against what the scale actually did, and corrects the number until it fits you.

Free while in beta, no card. Your data exports in one click and deletes on request.

The Focus screen: 827 calories left today in a segmented ring, six nutrient and activity gauges, today's session, and tiles for HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and weight.

Logging

A meal, in one sentence.

Say what you ate the way you would say it to a person. It comes back as separate ingredients, each with its own grams and calories, and you can change any row before it counts.

No search box. No scrolling a database. No portion picker.

ListeningA real entry

How was the set?

Illustrative loads. Yours come from your own logged lifts.

Training

Every set changes the next one.

Guided sets, timed holds and the rest between them. When a set ends you answer one question, and that answer picks the load you get next time.

Nothing to calculate, no spreadsheet, and no wondering whether you have earned the jump.

Programming

It plans inside what you own.

Tell it what is in the room, whether that is a full rack, a pair of adjustable dumbbells, four loop bands or nothing at all. Every load snaps to something you can actually pick up.

Bands get a rung and a rep target instead of an invented weight, because a band's resistance depends on how far you stretch it.

A live session in the app: a plank hold running at 44 seconds against a 70 second target, with buttons to rate the set.

The engine

Most trackers flatter you.

They work your burn out from height, weight, age and sex, then treat that guess as fact for good. Run 200 kcal generous and you eat 200 kcal too many every day, then blame yourself when the scale will not move.

0

kcal a day the formula never saw, found by setting your logged intake against where your weight trend actually went.

7+7Days compared before anything counts as a trend. One heavy morning is not one.
1,500The kcal floor under your target. No goal's arithmetic gets you below it.
±5%The balanced band around your budget. The edges are never fudged.
1.0Where the calibration sits until it has proof, rather than guessing harder.

Your day, in the order it happened

Why it exists

Every app I tried was either lying to me about my calories or asking for ten minutes a day. I've lost over 10 kg using this one.

Christian, who writes xform.fit and uses it every day

One person's result, mine, and not a promise about yours. You will not find user counts, star ratings or testimonials anywhere on this page, because making them up would be the first dishonest number here.

Fair questions.

What does it cost?
Nothing while it is in beta, and no card is asked for. A paid tier is planned later for the heavier AI features. Either way what you have logged stays yours, and one click gets you all of it.
How do I get it?
Open xform.fit in any modern browser, on a phone or a desktop, and create an account. No install, no store account. Native iOS and Android builds are in progress.
What happens to my health data?
You are asked for explicit consent before any of it is processed, and you withdraw that by deleting your account. Export everything first if you want it. Deletion runs a short grace period, then the data is purged. Detail lives in the privacy policy.
Do I need a gym?
No. Tell it what you own, whether that is a barbell and plates, adjustable dumbbells, a few loop bands, a doorway pull-up bar or none of the above. Every prescribed load snaps to something you can actually pick up.
Can I write my training block with my own AI?
Yes. The planner assembles a prompt carrying your real lifting maxes, you run it in whichever model you like, and you paste the result back. Nothing leaves your account unless you copy it out yourself.

Start with one honest number.

Log today's food, weigh in this week, and let the thing calibrate itself around you.
